This program is open to all female players in grades 7-10, advanced players in rising grade 6-7 can also attend (will be dived up appropriately when needed). 

Former WNBA and College player Coach Keri Holm (Co-founder) will be running this program together with Jiera Sears, also a former D1 college player. We will work on all fundamentals including passing, shooting, dribbling, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, speed and quickness.

Weekday sessions are 75 minutes total, = 25min of warm-up and skills followed by 35min of full court scrimmages and after that 15min of half court scrimmages and shooting repetition.

Girls Grades 7-10th (a few years of playing experience is highly recommended otherwise our Summer Skills Academy is a better option)!
